So, just what on Earth is it that makes so many of us daisies like Vegeta?
Let's find out!

Although Vegeta may come out to be an evil guy with absolutely no heart (or a heart of stone) We have to acknowledge the little things. He may have destroyed planets, he may have killed A LOT of people like it was nothing, he may not love anything or anyone, but there are so many things that he has done.
When his son was killed before his eyes, he gave everything he could to avenge his death. That shows he really did care about his family. In all reality he would do anything to help a fellow Z warrior. When King Kai teleported he and Goku to his world, so they wouldn't die, Vegeta gets mad at him for not teleporting his son and the others.
See? Even though he appears brutal, and cold hearted, he does have a heart underneath it all.

Hello! My turn to rant 'n' rave to save Veggie-chan's name.
How dare you people think he's evil? You want evil, look at FUNimation.
First, they screw up TOTALLY with the editing, then they screw up the voices! Ick! Aaanyway, I'm here to defend Artichoke Boy! (*Note* The name was made up by Lily but I grew attached to it.) First of all, you can't really blame Veggie-chan for acting a tad mean. I mean, he had to grow up with an abusive father who was ruled by a tyrant named Frieza, not to mention he grew up in a race of warriors. If Goku hadn't have received that massive hit to the head, (I swear it did brain damage) he'd be evil too.
And, having his entire planet destroyed with only the bald giant Nappa and the overly hairy Radditz left. Not to mention he's royalty, and most royals turn out to be a tad rude. And for those of you die-hard Vegeta haters who only came to this site to trash Veggie lovers everywhere in the guestbook, and for Yamcha lovers who are mistakenly mad at Veggie for "killing" the prissy long-haired geek, (I still haven't forgotten you) just think of it this way: If Vegeta-sama hadn't come to earth, had the SAIBAMEN kill Yamcha, had Nappa kill everyone else except Gohan and Krillin, made Goku receive special training, made them all go to Namek to get the other Dragon Balls, then Freiza would've eventually gotten the password for the Dragon Balls, become immortal, and turned his sights on Earth and Goku would only be around 500+. So Veggie's a necessity for life in the DB/Z/GT dimension. Also, even when he attacked earth, he wasn't that bad. King Kai told Goku, when he taught the stupid Saiyin how to use the Genki-Dama (Spirit Bomb), that the Genki-Dama would completely destroy anything evil. But, when Vegeta was hit by the Genki-Dama, he lived and even had enough strength to fight some more. So, that has to say that if he was entirely evil, he would've been killed, but was he? Nope! So, that's got to mean that Vegeta had a semblance of good in him. Plus, he even warmed up to Gohan and Krillin a bit. On Namek, he saved them not once, not twice, but three times! (The only reason he died was because he was too stubborn to keep his mouth shut.) He even gave them new clothes. Vegeta is good. Not as kind as Goku, but he is good. (Besides, if he were as nice as Goku he'd have to be as stupid, too.) I rest my case. If this sucker doesn't convince you Vegeta's good, then something else will. Veggie is good! Honest! He only hits people every once in a while now!
